Enjoyed a great meal at "Sauced" in Livermore, California (outside of Oakland). Brisket slices and burnt ends were great. You could specify if you wanted slices of point or flat. They had a sweet and tangy sauce called "Pig Candy" which was excellent.
I thought about that, but everyone needs a catchy name for their restaurant and this restaurant has a particularly long list of bourbon and beers. So, that may help explain the name
