University of Minnesota Spring Training BBQ Class is scheduled for Saturday April 2nd. It is a great time and a great class to attend if interested. Current cookers Weber Spirit 3 burner. A 22" Kettle with vortex SnS and OnlyFire pizza oven. A Smokey Joe and the most recent addition a Pit Barrel Jr with bird hanger, 4 hooks and cover. ThermoWorks Smoke 2 probe, DOT, ThermoPop and a Thermapen Mk4. Recently added 2 TempSpike wireless meat thermometers.
Now it was the U. of Barbados I would be all in. Please take good notes, videos and pass them along. Hope some of the Pit's team get to have some fun. Any good Q places you could all congregate at?
