Member-Only 10% Discount at ForWhiskeyLovers.com Online Liquor Store

Whether or not you were able to join us and taste along to our July 1, 2021 Live Happy Hour with Doug Stone from www.ForWhiskeyLovers.com and Jeremy Elliott from Smugglers Notch Distillery, you can still purchase the bourbons we tasted. (And if you ask me, they are GREAT!)

As an added bonus, our Pitmaster Club members can score a 10% off discount by entering the code amazingribs at checkout. Go here to browse and purchase.

Due to US state laws they are currently unable to ship alcohol to Michigan , Mississippi and Utah. They can ship non-alcoholic items such as glassware to these states. They also ship to 27 countries, the full list can be found here: https://forwhiskeylovers.com/order-m...ng-information

(Please do not share this discount code outside of the Pitmaster Club)

    Enjoy!

Off the topic of bourbons, don't know if Scotch was talked about. I always have Springbank scotch at hand. It has been ranked highly, but it is not something that sticks out like some. It is incredibly smooth though, so I have it for others to try that might not think they like Scotch. I have not had anyone that was disappointed. Not an expensive venture either like some others.

If I may ask, what did you order theroc? I'm interested in 83 for sure but wouldn't mind any of them.

Huskee, we ordered three bottles of the barrell 83. A couple of them may turn into Christmas presents if they last that long!

Discount code wouldn’t work for me. Error message said it was either incorrect or expired.

The offer was posted last July so the fact that it is no longer valid isn't surprising.

Vettenut - I just checked the code "AMAZINGRIBS10", and it appears to be working. Please be sure there are no spaces before or after the code when you use it. If you continue to have issues, feel free to email me directly: [email protected]

I compared prices with my local liquor store for a few items and it seems really expensive. Do you have to pay for shipping too?

      Basil Hayden's Bourbon (750ml)
      FWL - $49.99
      LS - $39.99

Buffalo Trace Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey (750mL)
      FWL - $49.95
      LS - $25.95

      THE GLENLIVET 12 YEAR
      FWL $79.95
      LS - $52.95

Liquor stores around here will special order for you as well. I think I'll keep shopping locally.

You're fortunate. Online sources are of course for those who cannot get it locally. Just like online beef, I expect it to cost more for the convenience and the fact that there's often another set of hands in the middle providing a service....but I used to buy brisket from SRF when I couldn't find 'em near me, now- no way. I would use www for my unicorns like EH Taylor or Alberta Distillers Rye that no one can stock around me. But otherwise no reason if you can find it locally, not everyone can.

Huskee I guess living in a city that runs on alcohol has its advantages. There's a liquor store here that supplies all the downtown bars that has an incredible selection. When I was in my cocktail phase I loved going there. Nowadays I usually go to the one I can walk to since my purchases are more mundane.

Vettenut I contacted Doug, the owner, and he said he's away this weekend but will fix this when he's back, I suspect Monday.
