Prime NY Strip $7.99/lb Weekend Sale at Fresh Market
The Fresh Market does this weekend sale several times a year . . . Whole or half NY strip at $7.99 per pound. I have picked a whole strip 3 times now and it's always been very good. They will cut steaks, but I do my own cutting so I can get several different thicknesses without trying to explain what I want to their meat cutter. Here's a grab of their email announcement.
As pointed out below by JPGators17 , this sale does not appear on their website.

This "deal" does not currently appear on their web site. The grab I posted is from their email which I think is a company wide mailing. It may appear on the website when the sale starts tomorrow. Or maybe call them tomorrow and ask if they have it.

I got this ad in an email from my store back in Huntsville (I'm working in Orlando this week). I normally jump on these specials and cut the strip loin into steaks. However, I've been thinking for Christmas dinner I wanted something like prime rib, but I am thinking one of these strip loins, or a half one probably, smoked to 135F would make a great Christmas dinner.
