I've tried paella in Spain for the first time and i immediately fell in love with this dish. I had to learn making it and it took me some time because im not much of a cook myself. I thought that any frying pan could do the job and i couldn't have been more wrong, I found these really good paella pans which helped my master the art of cooking the dish. The best one for me was Paella Pan 40030 by Nordic Ware. It is really durable, I have been using it for quite some time now and it still look like it's new. My paella has become really good now but i still like to go online and search for new recipes and i can't wait to try yours, it seems to be really delicious.
