    If you havent done so I recommend going to the Good One Smoker website. Chris Marks does a great job explaining as well as videos on lighting, setting and the workings on the smokers. Ive had one of these for 6 or 7 years and is my "small" unit. I have the Marshall for larger cooks and my next one will be the pit boss on a trailer. Love the versatility and consistency of these smokers. Ribs and salmon on the OR, pic of the Marshall at work.

      Thanks I’ll check it out. After using this contraption more than a couple of cooks it’s scary good how this thing turns out great meat.
