I just snagged the Red Backlit...now I'm ready to roll some backyard smoke, if the weather ever warms up. It's 6 now in Anchorage.

I got the same Thermapen, mine should be here tomorrow. I bet Alaska is beautiful in the winter, tough, but beautiful. How much daylight are you guys getting this time of year?

Is it really that much better than the Therma-Pop? I just bought it on the 25% off sale. Could not bring myself to spend the extra cabbage.
