That is a really nice setup. I love how it also replaces the charcoal grate. But, for easy cleanup, I have gotten used to just grabbing the SnS by the flat side and dumping the spent coals and remaining ash into the piece of aluminum foil I used on the charcoal grate to catch drippings. I think the SnS XL and Deluxe still have that going for them.
