If I didn’t own two of the older regular types I would probably opt to pay $200 for this one. However there’s no way I’d pay $400 for one, that’s just hyped ridiculousness. I’ve had my regular ones for well over three years, they get regular use, and I’ve had zero problems with them.

Anova has a Fathers Day sale going and the Pro cooker is available for $200. Regular price is $400. The $400 normal price is legit. I have been talking myself out of getting one of these for over a year now because I couldn't justify the $400. Welp... Problem solved. 4-6 days and I can start the cycle over again wanting something else.
