Grilla must be feeling the pressure from Weber. I am glad they are!!! I like their stuff, and better yet, they are headquartered in our home state of MI. I talked with them awhile back about the Grilla Chimp, and they are really nice people.

Since joining this great group a few months ago, I have been trying to learn some of the jargon. One of which I am stumbling over is MCS. It seems to have to do with having a deep desire to spend money on new equipt which is probably not needed but gives the purchaser great satisfaction in the quest to replace lack of talent with gear, whether needed or not, but can someone PLEASE TELL ME WHAT THIS STANDS FOR?? !!! I believe its the same as GAS in my other hobby which is photography.......there GAS stands for "gear acquisition syndrome" which can be extremely expensive when a new lens can cost many thousands of dollars, etc. or a new camera, etc.........WAIT!! did i just piece it together??????? Does it possible mean "Multiple Cooker Syndrome"????? or something similar?????????????????? Please someone answer!!!!

This is really good news. There is definitely pressure for manufacturers in the pellet space.

RustyHaines, that reminds me of a discussion recently on a forum for pastors, about whether it is appropriate to pray for sports teams. The problem is that praying for you to win would be a conflict of interest, since I'm praying that I will win.

I have the Silverbac - can vouch for the quality of build. The stainless steel and double-wall construction is fantastic. If you ever have an issue, their CS is about the best I've ever seen. The engineering manager hangs out on their FB user group page and I regularly see people post an issue and in a few minutes they post again that Mark just called them and walked them through the issue.
Sorry - I can't speak specifically to the GMG, but their reputation is pretty solid as well.

If you have a Weber Kettle, you need the Slow 'N' Sear

The Slow 'N' Sear turns your grill into a first class smoker and also creates an extremely hot sear zone you can use to create steakhouse steaks.

The Good-One Is A Superb Grill And A Superb Smoker All In One

The Good-One Open Range is dramatically different from a traditional offset smoker. By placing the heat source behind and under the smokebox instead of off to the side, Open Range produces even temperature from left to right, something almost impossible to achieve with a standard barrel shaped offset.

Griddle And Deep Fryer In One

The flat top does the burgers and the fryer does the fries. Use the griddle for bacon, eggs, and home fries. Or pancakes, fajitas, grilled cheese, you name it. Why stink up the house deep frying and spatter all over? Do your fried chicken and calamari outside. Blackstone's Rangetop Combo With Deep Fryer does it all!

The PBC has a rabid cult following for good reason. It is absolutely positively without a doubt the best bargain on a smoker in the world. Period. This baby will cook circles around the cheap offset sideways barrel smokers because temperature control is so much easier.
