There will be two BBQ Hall Of Famers in One Day: Ray “Dr. BBQ” Lampe will be doing hamburger classes at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. and you’ll get to cook a burger. Meathead will follow him at noon and do his famous presentation “Old Husbands’ Tales: BBQ Myths That Deserve To Die.” Both will have samples of their rubs and sauce.
