    Join Meathead in Milwaukee, WI on Saturday June 25 at 11 a.m. at the Milwaukee Public Market where he will be debunking BBQ myths and signing books.

    This demonstration class will take place on Saturday, June 25, in the Public Market’s second level “Palm Garden” beginning at 11 a.m. Meathead will discuss the concepts, methods, and tools of barbecuing and grilling, while shattering the myths that stand in the way of perfection. At the conclusion of his presentation, a Q&A will be held to offer attendees the chance to ask Meathead more detailed questions.

    It sounds very inviting. I wouldn’t want to take up space of in individual who could benefit from his tutorage. Would they allow a hanger on?

      I would love to go if it wasn’t so far..😢 We’ve got several members in that neck of the woods, you guys oughtta go for it! In addition to meeting Meathead, maybe some of y’all can get together somewhere for a little MeatUp.

        That’s what I was hinting at. I wouldn’t want to take away from what MH is there for & have a bunch of Pit louses takin up valuable space.

          My presentation is 1 hour plus Q&A as long as they keep coming, then book signing. No more than 2 hours total.

        I’ll be In Disney that weekend but I’d have gone otherwise. Now if it were at the Brat Stop on 50……that could be a different story, although the wife and kids might argue differently.

            I've got my ticket ordered. If anyone else is going, we should try to get together before or after. Silk doesn't open until 7PM , but there are a couple of BBQ places nearby.

              you can run over to Usingers and get some great cured meats. Do the Riverwalk . Go to their great Art Museum. I live 80 miles West. We go and stay in Milwaukeeall the time.

            Panhead John I am told there will be food to sample but not a meal. Not sure what they will be serving but they said it will be from my book.
