    Pitmaster Club Exclusive First Taste: Meathead's "Good Enough To Drink" KC BBQ Sauce Now Available For Purchase!

    Just as we did here with the introduction of our red meat, poultry, and pork rubs, we are pleased to give our Pitmaster Club members a heads-up on where to buy our brand new 20-ounce bottled sauce -- Meathead's "Good Enough To Drink" KC BBQ Sauce!

    Based on Meathead’s Classic KC recipe from Amazingribs.com and his cookbook, "Meathead: The Science of Great Barbecue and Grilling" this sauce has a secret natural flavor, not in the original recipe. Feel free to guess but we certainly won't be letting the competition in on what makes it so amazing!

    The official rollout of all four products is slated for Friday, November 5 so you'll have to opportunity to enjoy the "Big. Bold. Flavor." of our first bottled sauce!

    Once you have them on hand, be sure to try it out on whatever you happen to be cooking (even if it isn’t our recipe or is a personal creation) then report back here on your experience.

      Nice, Clint. Thanks. Minor error in the copy on the sauce - it says

      Size: These bottles are about the size of a beer can and this one holds 10.3 ounces of rub. Should last a long while!

        I love to mix the KC with the Mop Juice for burnt ends.

            This is going to be interesting. This is a sauce I know well. I’ve been making it for years, I’ve probably done a couple dozen batches. It is very repeatable (at least in my kitchen). I have some in the refrigerator right now. I would like to see how close the recipe is to the commercial version.
