    Look Mom!! I made it!

I finally made it into the 21st Century. Many of you know that I bought the Billows fan from ThermoWorks immediately upon receiving the email the morning it launched. I finally unboxed it a couple of months ago and now hooked it up mid cook, for no reason at all during pork belly burnt ends. And because I’m home and not at work. And because my wife is in the house and I’m hanging out in the garage. Im not scared, no! I’m not.

Never mind you all that nonsense. I made it!
    HI MOM!!

A MUST HAVE for the primo XL! You are going to fall in love with overnight cooks. Really. Fire up the primo at 9 PM, crack open a few, put the food in at 10 PM, then hit the shower and bed.

it’ll be done by noon, give or take.

Pre- or post- heating elements? Now I think I have an idea on how Frankenstein's wife got her look.
