    FireBoard customer service.

    Purchased the extreme and fan with my LSG. Finally opened it up today. Thought of a couple of things I could use, a case and coupler holders, so I ordered them from FireBoard. At checkout I accidentally hit FedEx overnight and didn't catch it until after I finished.
    I emailed them right away and they got back to me within 15 minutes and said they would change the shipping to regular. I have heard good things about FireBoard and am glad to add my satisfaction to the list.

    Now I get to learn to use it on my next cook in a few days. Maybe I'll do a dry run in the mean time.

    I just got mine in the mail earlier this week. I went and bought a brisket just to break it in, not that I needed much of a reason to buy the brisket! So, that's going to be my Saturday - can't wait!

      got mine last month. Have done 2 overnight cooks (brisket and boston butt). Both turned out awesome and, bonus, I got a good nights sleep!! Almost felt like cheating.

        Compare that to Weber where I filed a warranty claim a week and a half ago and have received nothing from them even after responding to their automated email and asking what the status was.
