I will make an update when I use them. My first purchase was a Thermapen and it was the best investment I had ever made. I have a feeling this is going to be a big jump on what I can produce as well.
If you are one of many who are confined to quarters, you can occupy a considerable amount of your spare time exploring all the features of your new Fireboard. I use and enjoy mine on every cook.
