Difference between Flame Boss 200 wifi and Flame Boss 300 wifi

I have a Humphrey's Down East Beast and was looking to add a temperature controller. My question is there a big difference between the Flame Boss 200 wifi and the 300 wifi, besides the 300 has extra food probes, I already own a thermoworks smoke so the added food probes don't really matter. Thanks

As you mention, the 300 supports multiple food probes, the 200 doesn't.

Flame Boss stopped making the 200, in favor of the 300. Only real difference is capability to support up to 3 meat probes. Base configuration is still one pit probe, one meat probe. Other than that, difference is really just software.

Happy long time (2 years+) owner of 200.
