I've had my CyberQ controller for about a year. It works great but I have been having connectivity issues with my router. Works for a bit then drops works for a bit then drops. Anybody else experience this? Or have any thoughts or ideas? Any help would be appreciated!
I just got mine and have not experienced your problem. You can try resetting or rebooting the router. That may solve your problem. Is this a router that you got through your internet provider? If so, I'd give them a call. If you purchased the router, then you can go to the mfgrs site for help.
Check that your router is not set to automatically switch between 2.5ghz and 5ghz bands, the CyberQ will only operate on the 2.5ghz band. I am sure I have read somewhere else about the same problem. I would temporarily turn off your routers 5ghz band and connect as usual and unless you have interference problems there shouldn't be a problem if it worked before.
