I recently purchased a Maverick XR-50 Thermometer from Adrenaline. I chose this model based on the reviews I read here and my desire to be able to monitor multiple pieces of meat at the same time. The first cook went fine but I was only using one probe for the smoker and one probe for meat. The next cook involved 1 probe for the smoker and 3 meat probes. Unfortunately, one of the meat probes just wasn't reading right.
Before I even had an opportunity to contact Adrenaline, I received an email from them asking how the thermometer was working for me. I told them about my problem and they immediately said they would FedEx me a new probe. There were no questions asked and 2 days later I had a new probe in hand. I tested the new probe out and it seems to be working perfectly.
To me, that is fabulous customer service and the reason why I will continue to be a customer of Adrenaline BBQ.
