Does anyone have the new Slow and Sear 2.0? What are your thoughts?
I'm intrigued by the new bottom plating/vent pattern. I have the plus, and I feel like it actually inhibits air flow sometimes and I wish I had gotten the original.
The removable reservoir is interesting, but I don't feel like it would be a game changer.

One good thing about the removable reservoir is that it increases the area of the sear zone for reverse/cold grate techniqes, along with other searing/grilling duties.. Sometimes that "little bit more" makes all the difference.
