Hey everyone, just wanted to give you a heads up that tomorrow Adrenaline Barbecue is changing the price of the Slow 'N Sear from $79.95 to $89.95. We're facing the usual culprits... several increasing fixed costs that have made the old price point impossible. We feel the Slow 'N Sear is still a great value at the new price. It's still made from 5 pounds of 304 stainless steel and it doesn't rust or wear out. For anyone on the fence that wants to buy at the old price, today's the day!
ribeyeguy , I will admit the SnS sold me on buying a Kettle. so yeah i did it a little backwards but i've been wanting a charcoal grill for the house anyway since I don't have one. Right now I just have a Smoker and a Weber Q. The capabilities the SnS give the Weber convinced me to pull the trigger.
I knew someone would mention April 1. Nah, it's just a coincidence. Y'all have until sometime tomorrow morning around second cup of coffee time to snag an SnS at the old price.
Weber Summit Kamado with SnS and Vortex.. Broil King Baron, Primo Oval Junior. Primo XL. Love grilling steaks, ribs, and chicken. Need to master smoked salmon. Absolutely love anything to do with baking bread. Favorite cool weather beer: Sam Adams Octoberfest Favorite warm weather beer: Yuengling Traditional Lager. All-time favorite drink: Single Malt Scotch
Smoker: PBC
Grill: A 20-year-old Webber 22.5" Kettle with a Slow and Sear
Thermometers: A Maverick ET732, A Thermapen, a few miscellaneous thermometers
Misc: I just seem to keep buying things.
I'm just going to wait until the Chinese factory I sent an SnS to, for reverse engineering, get's it to market. It will be called the Srow n Sear, and will probably be made with a crappy type of steel that rusts and lead based welds... But hey, for 29 bucks...
David Parrish, Unfortunately the Chinese Don't care, and if people quit buying China junk knock offs in the first place there would be no reason for them to steal and make it IMHO.

I even came up with a cost for what I would charge yoi guys to make them (hoping I could offer you a better deal) but damn your profit margine cannot be that big at all. I have given three people the information where to order them from so hopefully they order some from you guys real soon.
