    For those unfamiliar with it, Abt is a wonderful appliance and other stuff store in Glenview, IL. In my adulthood, they’ve grown from a dinky little storefront to a sprawling campus.

    Yes - I prefer the charcoal off to the side, but I suppose you could put smaller items around the edge. Might be good for ribs?

    I could see it as an alternative for the vortex in hot/fast cooking, but for low and slow, a Slow and Sear or a few fire bricks to bank the coals to one side is the typical method used.

    Interesting. Weber says it doesn’t exist and it’s only for-sale from 2 places I have never heard of. Either vapor ware or brand new.
    I sure do not need or want it but if it allows more people to use and love the Weber Kettle Im all for it.
