Rotisserie motor

I have a Cajun bandit rotisserie on my 22 inch kettle. I cook the usual stuff- chicken , roasts, veggies, etc. It does a great job but there is one thing I’d change- the motor is a little loud and unpleasant. I realize this is very much a first world problem but is there a quiet rotisserie motor on the market?

I bought a Onegrill linked below in 2013 and it's still goin' strong. I do not consider it to be loud. I have spun a number of 10 to 15 lb turkeys without problems.

For comparison I’m running the battery powered one grill motor right now. It’s not loud by any means but I’m looking for something close to silent.

Use a Hand Crank, lube the bushings, Ear Plugs?
