That's the Napoleon that I purchased January 2019 for $20. Yeah, I would think flat would be better. These things are more than a gimmick. They really add to the rotisserie experience.

Alright! I am excited to see Troutman do a kabob / shawarma / al-pastor experiment and show us the results. Attjack do you see any reason this Napoleon kabob holder wouldn't work on my Weber rotisserie ring for a 22" kettle? The description says it works with "most rotisseries" and the length is listed as 17.25 inches.
