    Rotisserie Wings Advice?

    Acquired a flat rotisserie basket for the grill and want to try some chicken wings. Will appreciate any tips/advice offered, but in particular, is it important to leave space between wings or is "crowding" okay? (Will be using rear IR rotisserie burner.)

    My thoughts are that any area where the wings are touching each other will result in skin that doesn't crisp up.

    Extremely pleased with the results. Memphis Dust as our dry rub produced a moderately sweet wing we really liked. (The black char must have been the sugar in the rub, but the car was very tasty – not bitter.)

      They look good, we have a basket but we do not use it very often as it is difficult to clean.

      Argoboy spray the basket before use with either Duck Fat or maybe PAM to make it much easier to clean.
