Yeah, I thought the same thing. I guess I will have to see when the time comes and let you know. It is a valid point though.

For me the always dependable for the past 40 plus years is an old knife we bought at a Kansas State Fair.
we've used the thing to cut tin cans open and chop wood then back to slicing tomatos paper thin.
I dont know what the trick to them was back then but they made a hell of a blade.

It being made of titanium it'll probably hold an edge for a long time, but might difficult to put one back one when needed. Just musing here...

Nope, not yet. It is still really sharp. Its just a good all-purpose knife that I don't have to worry about banging up a little bit. It will be a regular on all of my camping trips from now on. However, it does great in the kitchen too.

Nice looking stiletto. Have you had to or tried to sharpen it yet?

The Cuda 7" Knife is a great buy!

I just picked up this Cuda 7" knife about a month ago and I have been using it pretty regularly to trim brisket and what not. I love this thing. It is light with a semi-stiff blade. The handle is really nice and feels great in the hand. After many briskets, slabs of belly and a ton of Tri-tip. it is still sharp as ever.

I highly recommend these knives for trimming or slicing larger cuts. And they are pretty reasonably priced. This one is $79.99....well worth it in my book. And it comes with a hard cover sheath which means it is easy to take with you for those cooks on the road.
