I of course love smoked meats of all kinds, but also like quick cooks like chicken portions, pork tenderloins, steak and fish. Really into cooking of all kinds.
My outdoor kitchen has a Lone Star Grillz Adjustable and it is wonderful. There also is a Pit Boss 5 Burner Ultimate Griddle.
There is an outdoor fire pit that has grilling capability and limited Santa Maria-style grill raising and lowering.

Ok, so it's not really a chain saw. It's a serrated knife that is mocked up to look like a chainsaw.

Yeah, I just watched their video. It's a standard electric knife with a whole bunch of extra useless stuff attached that just gets in the way and needs cleanup later.

Have you ever overcooked brisket by 12 hours? The chainsaw becomes really handy if you want to preserve some of the overcooked meat for stew or chili. It also adds a flavor profile. I fondly remember cherrywood, chain oil, Cattleman’s stew. If I was given a choice between a fire extinguisher or a chainsaw as one of my two options for a flaming overcook, I would have to really ponder.Last edited by tbob4; December 10, 2019, 07:36 PM.
