    The Nakiri Finally Arrived

    I can’t wait to cut some veggies with the new Nakiri. Had it in my head that I needed one and found this Miyabi on sale. I cut a slice of pizza tonight, it worked pretty good lol

      It’s all I had available at the time and I was impatient 😂. I have some tomatoes that I will cut up and boil down for sauce, I’ll provide an update!

        That looks great! I've been looking at them also. Single or double bevel? I am looking at a single bevel. Where did you find that one? Thanks.

          I just looked again they have a shun edo 6.5” single bevel Usuba for $99 Item# BB1513.

          nice ! Also very impressed with Cutlery and More. Next on my wish list is the Carbon Steel Bob Kramer chef knife.

          The Nakiri (I use a double-beveled Shun Classic) is my go to knife for all things veggie ('cept butternut and spaghetti squash - those get the cleaver).
