I wish I had one. I guess I would have to go with my low-end cleaver.

Wish it had more angle. Wife wouldn't let me spend any more $$ for the angle. It can be tough to clean but for a big crowd or cold-cuts it is awesome. Also, the bacon is cut so cleanly it is amazing.

Signed and numbered? I like it!

        #13
When I was all of about 9 years old, my old man signed me up for the Cub Scouts. Now I really wasn't too into it but for Christmas I got a new Cub Scout pocket knife. Well I snuck it into my pocket and brought it to school one day to show the kids but some johnny on the spot hall monitor took it from me and my parents were called. Needless to say my Cub Scouts of America knife was confiscated never to be seen again.

Fast forward about 40 or so years and my old man passes away. He was kind of a tool junky so I inherit the whole lot. Well I'm going through this box of old brick-a-brack and low and behold I finds me knife !!! So it ain't sexy, and it sure ain't sharp but it is indeed, among all my knives, my favorite !!!

Dam you. I've got a bunch of my Dads, Grandads stuff too. I sometimes just go through it and wonder.

I fix aircraft, my Dad was a machinist, his Dad was a elevator installer. I have some old tools.
