We've seen this before here, and I gotta say, I am hesitant to believe its claims. IIRC it claims to compute doneness by a certain algorithm instead of simply showing you the temp like a simple thermometer. Methinks 'I know the temps that I need, why do I need a circuit board to tell me doneness?' IMO it's a solution in search of a problem.

I tried googling it to read, what I assume are negative, reviews and I learned that meatrix is also the name of an animated Matrix film about factory farming. So that’s weird
