Fireboard's new probes

Starting in October, the Fireboards ship with 100K Thermistor Probes. The boards will also support 10K Thermistor and the original RTD PT-100. As a bonus, my new Fireboard appears to work with my Thermoworks Smoke probes.

It’s nice that they can make a software change and get added features. I still like my RTDs, but I am going to try some other probes later!

Mine came with the newer probes but I think I'm going to order some of the RTD's - I like the higher temp range

I got the original RTD, but just ordered some of the thermistor style. They have not arrived yet, but I will let you know if I find a difference.
