I glue strips long grain, cut them up, turn them so the grain is vertical, then cut strips again, then mix up opposite boards to make the pattern. its an end grain board.

Great job. Folks, this ain't easy 'cause every joint must line up perfectly in order for it too look right. And wood just isn't perfect...
