I have these pans from Smokeware. They are a little shallow though for catching and using the drippings, although they do work for butts just fine. The 17" Lodge pan is awesome too, I use that one as well. I have the Smokeware pans in all of my kamados and I love them.

Look for a pan that will sit under the turkey that will catches the juices and will allow the smoke to bypass it to flavor the turkey. It can be anything from a grocery store single use foil pan to a Stainless pan from Cephalon or a heavy duty cast iron. You want to put some water in the pan and make pan drippings.

BGE now offers a stainless drip pan that sits on the deflector. That might work. Maybe Spinaker can post a link for it as I know he has one.
