    Mop Brush

Mop brushes come in cloth/string, metal and silicone. What is your preferred type of brush? Anyone skip the mop brush and squirt the mop on the meat from a bottle?

      +1 on the silicone.

I usually spoon on the sauce then spread with a silicone brush.

I'm a squirter straight from the cheapest bottle of sauce I can find.

For a spritz, I'll use a spray bottle. For the glaze at the end, I'll get lazy and simply drizzle it out of the bottle of honey that I'm using. Probably should use a brush, though...

I don't mop, but I use silicon brushes often.

Squirted and siliconed some sauce on a rack of St. Louis this evening.
