    A couple of old pans

While I was at my parents for Mother’s Day. I got to talking to my mom a bit about cooking etc.. one conversation was about her mom, I know at one time, she had owned a small bar, that served food as well. My mom had told me she still had two pans that her mom used. One is a US Nesco 41, it is a 13 inch steel pan that was made by Nesco for the military during WWII and the other is some sort of old Cowboy cool handle pan, it is marked a 42, is likely a 9.5 steel pan. Looking forward to learning to cook out of these.

Oh wow… A little seasoning for those babies and viola. Don’t let Spinaker see them. He may try to convince you to donate to his collection. 😉

Treasures for sure with family history, good pans, yet to be decided. Cool to be responsible for them right now.

That 13” Nesco is sweet, never seen that before. Great size, very versatile.
