Is there any benefit to using a grill pan instead of a skillet other than allowing you to keep food out of any fat that is released while cooking?
I picked up 10-inch and 12-inch Lodge Blacklock skillets to go with the 14.5-inch that I got a few months ago. Less than 10 minutes after leaving the store, I got a message that I won a giveaway for a Blacklock grill pan. I'm trying to figure out if there is any benefit to keeping it or if I should try to sell it or maybe gift it to someone.
