New Camp Chef Cast Iron 13 Square Dutch Oven w/Griddle Top

Got this over a week ago but just haven't had time to put it to use yet. I like that the top can be used as a griddle as well. I wouldn't call this quality cast iron it's a pretty rough finish but I'm sure it will be serviceable. I've been happy with Camp Chef products. Any suggestions on what dish to break her in with ?

I'm with Mr. Bones ! That thing shouts bacon! Maybe bacon first then home fries cooked in the bacon grease in the top, then throw an over easy egg on top of all that! That's a great meal cooked on CI!

Well, whatever it is and whenever I get around to doing it I will post up pics. I have a red beans and rice recipe that has been on the waiting list for awhile but I'm thinking that might be better in my Lodge enameled dutch oven on the stove top.
